Yellow Patch

Yellow Patch is most common to Kentucky Bluegrass and creeping bentgrass, but it can also attack most other cool-season grasses.Symptoms develop in early spring as the lawn comes out of dormancy. Irregular, circular, light green to yellow-green patches start out about 3" across and may grow to 3'. Prevention involves a balanced fertilizer program and proper management steps to reduce thatch.
